As a result of COVID-19, consumer behaviour has shifted towards an online model, resulting in the accelerated growth of the E-commerce market with online sales now accounting for approximately 19% of sales. The E-commerce market is now forecast to grow to £44,029 million in 2025, up from £28,950 million in 2021.
