Correct Food Systems is an Australia-headquartered regulatory firm specialising in food safety and technical advice for Food and Drink manufacturers, brands, and retailers and is therefore best placed to help UK businesses navigate this multifaceted environment.
Did you know that Australia is one of the top importers of food and drink from the UK? What’s more, the UK-Australia Free Trade Agreement (FTA) has made it even easier for UK food and drink companies to export their products to Australia. The FTA eliminates tariffs on all products, including biscuits, whisky, gin, and cheese. However, it still can be daunting especially with Australia’s well-known strict border controls.
This session can help you navigate the regulatory environment to optimise your preparation for developing your business in Australia and help understand your current feasibility of entering the market. The session will focus on adhering to local Australian food laws including food compliance, labelling, ingredients, and more and will be followed by tailored one-to-one meetings with Correct Food Systems.
